Play
The names of sports that do not describe the particular "action" of the sport (in other words, the name of the sport does is not also the verb of that sport), take "play."
play tennis
play soccer/football
play basketball
play lacrosse
play rugby
Note, in these sports, there is a sense of competitiveness, that at the end of the day, there will be a winner and a loser in the match and/or game.
Go
Sports verbs where the actual activity is the verb take "go" with the -ing (gerund) form of the verb.

surf / go surfing
sail / go sailing
I am going fishing.
They went hunting.
The boys like to go hiking in the mountains.
Note, in general, these are "singular" sports, although they can be competitive, but not so much on a team level.
Do.
In my experience, do is used more for particular recreational activities, especilly those of a singular nature, and not so much for sports.
I do (practice) yoga.
Mr. Smith does crossword puzzles.
One notable exception is golf, which can use several forms.
Mr. Jones golfs every Friday afternoon.
My husband plays golf when the weather is nice. In fact, he is going golfing with his friends this weekend.

ISFJ
First of all, i like it when everything’s clean and neat. I really dislike mess, disorder etc. and and i just can’t work in an environment where people just don’t clean up after themselves.
I trust my experiences. I think there’s absolutely no way of telling what will happen in the future, and that’s why i feel it is best to just move forward, and learn as you go.People say that my mood changes a lot. I have to agree, in a way, as my attitude is very much dependant on the emotional atmosphere. If someone’s yelling at me, i will yell back louder, if someone’s nice to me, i will be the nicest person ever.
I like to play the devil’s advocate, and i think that is why my nickname is the “Defender” or “Guardian”. I really dislike when others gang up on someone. No matter the circumstances, i will always attempt to make everyone see things from a different perspective.
I’m usually very comfortable with what i have, and it’s hard for me to trust new ideas, or plans, unless there’s an actual need for change. As Voltaire once said, “Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good”.

Careers for the ISFJ
“The last Guardian type is the Protector (ISFJ).
This is the Guardian least likely to seek positions of leadership since
they may feel uncomfortable in the lime-light. They are often seen as
the people who do whatever is necessary to keep things running smoothly.
They do their best to prevent problems. Like the Provider, they can be
attracted to fields in medicine, education or social service. In
business, positions that combine some type of social interface with time
alone are best for them. If they choose technical positions, they prefer ones with at least some independence, such as electrician, or photographer.”
Before I switched my major, I was going into
the field of pharmacy, where I would have to take charge and be in a
leadership position, one which an ISFJ would be unhappy in. My new
career path in medical imaging technology is perfect for me; in this
path, I will be a technician as well as be involved in the medical
field, but without being the big honcho or head of a department or
radiology. In this job I will have a short amount of time caring for a
patient, and the rest of my time will be spent analyzing the data
(xrays/images) alone figuring out what is wrong. In a hospital or clinic
setting, these technicians are the ones who really keep the medicine
machine moving, out of the lime light, they give the doctors everything
they need to diagnose.
God doesn't break me
